No local games are scheduled this weekend as an Association Representative B Grade side heads toAdelaide to compete in the annual Senior State Championships.

SAFE HITS: Chloey Hoare, along with Jess Finlayson, Evelyn Dumoi and Talisha Hillier, provided some relief with safe hits.

Minor round games start Friday night andcontinue through Saturday with the finals being decided Sunday morning.

Players from all local clubsmake up the team and they will be coached by Margie Wright and Anthea Dunbar with Michelle Eadesdoing the scoring for the team.

This is a great opportunity to represent Port Pirie and play games of softball against teams from other Country and Adelaide clubs.

All in all this will be a full on Softball weekend with the team scheduled to play 6 games overtwo days plus finals should they finish in the top 4.
